Company Coming

Woke up: Ripper’s Cove, Santa Catalina Island, California

Went to sleep: Avalon Bay, Santa Catalina Island, California

After six nights anchored at Ripper’s Cove, we’re travelling to Avalon Bay, today.  Peter took a quick dip before pulling anchor.

We’ll stay one night before heading to San Diego.  We’ve made reservations to moor at the Chula Vista Marina for eleven nights. Eleven nights! Can you believe it? I may try to get a job.

But, no time for a job. We have company coming.

My sister, Lisa, will arrive from Sacramento this weekend. I’ve got to get the place ready.  This morning I went after the stove/oven with cleanser and a toothbrush.

Brand New

Peter is sailing the boat at a leisurely 2 knots. Wind is out of the north at 5 knots.  He’s fishing off the back of Penelope and I’m getting ready for company.
