Woke up: La Paz, Mexico
Went to sleep: La Paz, Mexico
I did yoga with the girls at 8:30 am. Afterward, several of them asked if I would be willing to teach the class on Saturday – Annie’s day off.
Soon after I left on my mission. I rode the City bus to Walmart on the west side of town. There I was able to fill Peter’s prescription, among other things. You are able to buy medications such as Viagra, Prozac, etc. here without a doctor’s prescription. I purchased thirty, 20 mg, Prednisone for $24 without ever speaking with a doctor.
Then I rode the bus downtown to purchase the Banda Ancha (band width). This is a microchip in a USB port which gives you internet access via the Tel Cel tower network. I stopped by OXXO (the 7-Eleven equivalent) to “load” my microchip with giga bytes.
During my travels I stopped for a cup of coffee.
Three hours later I returned home and happily joined Carol, Mary and Charles on the boat next door for a cold Cervazos. I always take a bowl of guac and chips with me wherever I go.
They left to join some friends for dinner and I came home to cook sausages on the barbeque.
