Yoga on the beach today. It’s been so long, I can barely forward bend to touch my toes. It felt great. I don’t understand why I don’t make time for yoga more often than I do. I guess there isn’t time for aerobic exercise and yoga, too, so I pick aerobic exercise most days. I need to alternate.
I’ve spent a good deal of time on the internet lately trying to make arrangements for summer moorage. We’ve heard it gets very hot in Mexico during the summer months – I guess the price you pay to wear flip flops all year round – I’ve convinced Peter we need to be in a marina where we have unlimited electricity to operate an air conditioner. We are weighing Mazatlán vs. Puerto Vallarta.
Also, we’ve been compiling our Hurricane Plan. The insurance company requires we think through what we would do to protect little Penelope in the event of a named tropical storm or hurricane.
In the afternoon, I helped Peter with a plumbing project. It still amazes me what he can do with a few tools the spare parts he has hidden here and there. I can’t even screw a bolt into a nut and get the washer on right.
